Problem

Without a professional website, the company relied entirely on referrals. The sales process was long because there was no reference material for clients to consult between meetings: this delayed decisions and lengthened the sales cycle.

03

The website, section by section

From the promise at the top to the choice between the two service paths.

  1. 01 / 08

    The top

"Complete IT solutions for businesses" on a graphite background, with a photo of a technician in the data center and a single lime button to talk to a specialist and request a quote.

  2. 02 / 08

    Specialists and shortcuts

Proof of experience ("We have specialized IT professionals", remote and on-site service nationwide) and a bar with shortcuts to the four fronts: services, security, projects and specialized solutions.

  3. 03 / 08

    IT services

Services in two columns with a check icon (technical support, help desk, service desk, network and server management, backup, outsourcing), so managers can confirm at a glance that what they need is there.

  4. 04 / 08

    Security solutions

The security fronts (data, devices, email, pentest, networks, web and apps) in a mosaic of mint-green and yellow cards, lighter than a technical list.

  5. 05 / 08

    IT projects

Back on graphite, the project types (structured cabling, data center migration, auditing, wireless networks, POS installation) as icons with short captions.

  6. 06 / 08

    Why Inconnet

Eight differentiators as icons (secure operations, agility, service in Portuguese, English and Spanish, HP-certified technicians), answering objections before contact.

  7. 07 / 08

    Industries served

Finance, architecture, law, engineering, accounting, printing, retail and pharmacy in photo cards, so every visitor can see themselves as a potential client.

  8. 08 / 08

    Custom solutions

The close splits the path into two buttons: solutions for small and medium businesses and for large companies and international partnerships.

Solution

An institutional website with service pages written in the language of business benefit, not technical specs. A content architecture focused on the non-technical decision-maker, with a simplified contact form.

Takeaways

IT websites go wrong when they talk about technology instead of security for the client's business. The decision-maker buys peace of mind, not technical specs.
