Context

Universal Software has more than 35 years in real estate and serves more than 3,000 agencies in 26 states with Imoview, an ecosystem of systems for real estate agencies (CRM, property management, finance, after-sales and apps). I worked as a PHP front-end developer on the website, and this case shows the real estate CRM page.

Challenge

A real estate CRM has dozens of features, and the visitor (agency owner or sales manager) wants to quickly understand whether the system solves their problem: leads going cold, deals with no owner, forgotten follow-ups. The page had to show the product working, load fast and lead to a demo without becoming a technical list.

03

The page, section by section

The most important parts of the page, in the order the manager discovers the product.

  1. 01 / 09

    The promise

"The real estate CRM that organizes your sales operation", with the highlight in blue, a kanban sales funnel alongside, the "Schedule a demo" button, a bar with the 4 differentiators (kanban, team management, calendar and agent app) and the carousel of client agency logos.

  2. 02 / 09

    Lead distribution

"New leads reach the right agent, instantly": the lead's path (website, portals, social media and WhatsApp) through the distribution rule to the agent, drawn in HTML and CSS, with the "0 leads without an owner" badge.

  3. 03 / 09

Funnel as a list or kanban

The month's funnel in bars (contacts, qualified, visits, proposals and closed) with a "real time" badge, so managers see the whole pipeline and agents know the next step.

  4. 04 / 09

    Client history

A client's timeline, from first contact to the proposal sent, showing that calls, visits and proposals stay on the record, even when the agent changes teams.

  5. 05 / 09

    Calendar and activities

"No forgotten follow-ups, no missed visits": the agent's calendar with the day's appointments marked as done, confirmed or pending.

  6. 06 / 09

    Team productivity

A chart of closings by agent with the team's monthly target, so the sales meeting stops being about building spreadsheets and becomes about decisions.

  7. 07 / 09

    Numbers and features

The proof in numbers (3,000+ agencies, 35+ years, 26 states) and six more features in cards: property portfolio, contacts, listings, automations, agent app and integration with the Imoview ecosystem.

  8. 08 / 09

    Success stories

Testimonials from agency directors with rating, photo, title and the link to each client's full case.

  9. 09 / 09

    Final call

After the FAQ, a dark-blue block closes the page with "Organize your agency's sales operation" and the button to schedule a demo.

Visual System

A light background, product blue and brand green, with system interfaces drawn in code instead of screenshots: the page stays light, crisp on any screen and easy to update.

Takeaways

To sell software, showing beats listing. Drawing the product screens in HTML and CSS instead of using screenshots kept the page light and crisp on any screen, and writing each feature as a solved problem ("no lead without an owner", "no forgotten follow-up") makes managers recognize themselves before requesting a demo.
